We collect information in two ways — directly from you and automatically when you use our website.

Business inquiry information:

Shipment and logistics information:

pickup and delivery addresses, consignee details, shipment type (including cold chain requirements), cargo weight and dimensions, and AWB/tracking numbers — provided when you book a service or request a quote.

GST and billing information:

GSTIN, billing address, and business registration details required for issuing GST-compliant invoices for our logistics services.

Website usage data:

browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referral source — collected automatically through standard analytics to help us understand how our site is used and improve it.

We do not collect or store payment card details, UPI credentials, or banking information. Any payment-related transactions are handled directly between you and your bank or payment provider.

As an authorized channel partner of BlueDart, Trackon, and Delhivery, we share the minimum shipment and consignee information required for each courier to execute your delivery. This includes pickup and delivery addresses, contact numbers, cargo description, and weight. Each courier partner processes this data under their own privacy policy:

BlueDart Express Limited:

Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd.:

Delhivery Limited:

DTDC Express Limited:

FedEx Corporation:

for international shipments where applicable, their privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy available at www.fedex.com/en-in.

We also use Google Maps on our website to display our office location. Google's Privacy Policy governs any data processed through their Maps service.

• With our courier partners (BlueDart, Trackon, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx) — limited to the details necessary to process and track your shipment
• With our operations and sales team, on a need-to-know basis, to coordinate logistics and account management

• In connection with a business restructuring, merger, or acquisition — in which case we will notify you before your data is transferred

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated commercial third parties.
